What types of RFPs do you write?+

What's the difference between the two options?+

Option A ($2,497) is a flat fee — we write the full RFP response, you own it, done. Option B ($997 + 8.5%) is our full-service path — lower upfront cost, and we stay with the bid through award. We only collect the 8.5% if you win the contract.

What if I don't win the contract?+

Under Option A, the fee is for writing the response — not guaranteeing the award. You paid for a professionally written bid and you keep it. Under Option B, if you don't win, you owe nothing beyond the initial $997.

What if I have multiple RFPs to respond to?+

Each RFP response is priced separately. $2,497 per response under Option A, or $997 + 8.5% per response under Option B. Volume pricing available — ask us.

How fast do you turn around RFP responses?+

Typical turnaround is 7–14 business days depending on complexity and deadline. Rush options available. We work around your submission deadlines.

I already paid $2,497 for my RFP response. Can I add the completion service?+

Yes. Return clients can add the 8.5% completion service without paying a second response fee. You only pay the completion percentage if you win the contract.
